Great! We would love to have you in for a workout, or if you are staying longer let us know we would love to host you!

Here’s what we need from you:
1. Fill out the form and submit at least twenty-four hours before the class you wish to attend. Be advised our offices are closed on the weekends.
2. Our great admin team will contact you to confirm the appointment.

Cost

The first visit for an out of town visitor is complimentary. Individual Group CF sessions will be $20 plus tax after, or if you would like to purchase a t-shirt the visit is on us!
